Exploitation requires valid administrative credentials for the device's web management interface. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54344 | 1 Tooljet | 1 Tooljet | 2026-08-26 | 4.7 Medium |
| ToolJet is an open-source low-code platform for building internal tools. Prior to 3.20.180, ToolJet's render preview deployment workflow interpolates github.event.comment.body directly into a bash conditional in a run step, allowing any GitHub user who can comment on an open pull request with a deploy command to execute shell commands on the CI runner and exfiltrate deployment secrets. This issue is reported as fixed in version 3.20.180. | ||||
| CVE-2026-5917 | 1 Libgit2 | 1 Libgit2 | 2026-08-26 | 8.8 High |
| libgit2 versions before 1.8.7 and 1.9.0 before 1.9.7 built with the libssh2 SSH backend (USE_SSH=libssh2) contain a shell command injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on an SSH server by supplying a repository path containing unescaped shell metacharacters such as single quotes, semicolons, or pipes. The gen_proto() function in ssh_libssh2.c inserts the repository path directly into a shell command string without escaping special characters before passing it to libssh2_channel_exec(), enabling an attacker to craft a malicious submodule URL in a .gitmodules file that, when processed during a recursive clone, causes the remote server's shell to interpret injected commands under the victim's SSH user account. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79792 | 1 Zackees | 1 Transcribe-anything | 2026-08-26 | 5.6 Medium |
| A flaw has been found in zackees transcribe-anything up to 4.1.0. Affected is the function ytdlp_download of the file src/transcribe_anything/ytldp_download.py of the component Yt-dlp Download. This manipulation of the argument url causes os command injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The attack's complexity is rated as high. The exploitability is told to be difficult. The exploit has been published and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19042 | 1 Teamviewer | 2 Full Client, Host | 2026-08-26 | 8.8 High |
| A command injection vulnerability in TeamViewer Full Client and Host for Linux prior to version 15.81.5 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands in the context of the current user via a specially crafted URL sent through the out-of-session chat feature. Exploitation requires user interaction by clicking the malicious link. | ||||
| CVE-2026-80138 | 1 Clip-bucket | 1 Clipbucket | 2026-08-26 | 9.8 Critical |
| ClipBucket V5's web installer fails to properly validate or escape the php_cli_filepath parameter before passing it to shell execution. Unauthenticated attackers can submit a crafted POST request to the installer with a malicious php_cli_filepath value to execute arbitrary commands as the web server user. | ||||
| CVE-2026-45018 | 1 Chainlit | 1 Chainlit | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| Chainlit is a Python framework for building production-ready conversational AI applications. From 2.4.0rc0 until 2.12.0, Chainlit deployments with features.mcp.enabled set to true in .chainlit/config.toml expose the POST /mcp endpoint without requiring authentication. For stdio transport, the endpoint accepts a user-controlled fullCommand string. The validate_mcp_command() function in backend/chainlit/mcp.py checks only the executable name against config.features.mcp.stdio.allowed_executables and passes unchecked arguments to StdioServerParameters in backend/chainlit/server.py. Because npx supports the -c argument, an attacker can execute arbitrary shell commands with the privileges of the Chainlit process. If allowed_executables is unset, its None default is treated as allowing every executable. This issue is fixed in version 2.12.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-52490 | 1 Libtiff | 1 Libtiff | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| An issue in libtiff 85f2ac8e0b01cb7db2bbecf4a3b891bdbef67938 allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code via the process_command_opts() function in tools/tiffcrop.c | ||||
| CVE-2026-55581 | 1 Sonirico | 1 Mcp-shell | 2026-08-25 | 8.4 High |
| mcp-shell is an MCP server for running shell commands securely, auditably, and on demand. Prior to 0.6.0, the default Docker security.yaml includes /bin/bash in allowed_executables, while security.go validates only the first token and checkBlockedPatternsAndCommands does not reject the shell command-mode flag -c. A caller of the shell_exec MCP tool can provide the command argument `/bin/bash -c <arbitrary-command>`, which passes validation and reaches executor.go, where parseCommand and exec.CommandContext execute the arbitrary command as mcpuser outside the intended allowlist. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71905 | 1 Draytek | 12 Vigorap 1060c, Vigorap 1060c Firmware, Vigorap 903 and 9 more | 2026-08-25 | 7.2 High |
| Multiple DrayTek VigorAP models contain a command injection vulnerability in the ExportSettings function. The vulnerability is caused by insufficient filtering of the backupkey, backuptype, and realtime fields before command execution. A remote attacker can trigger this vulnerability via crafted input to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. Exploitation requires valid administrative credentials for the device's web management interface. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55580 | 1 Sonirico | 1 Mcp-shell | 2026-08-25 | N/A |
| mcp-shell is an MCP server for running shell commands securely, auditably, and on demand. Prior to 0.6.0, config.go initializes Security.Enabled to false, and when MCP_SHELL_SEC_CONFIG_FILE is unset, main.go starts the documented bare-binary deployment without a security policy. SecurityValidator.validateCommand in security.go then short-circuits and allows every command supplied to the shell_exec MCP tool, so an LLM connected over stdio can execute unrestricted OS commands as the mcp-shell process user. The README from-source installation and MCP client configuration omit MCP_SHELL_SEC_CONFIG_FILE, making the insecure state the documented default. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57998 | 1 Jeemok | 1 Better-npm-audit | 2026-08-25 | 7.8 High |
| better-npm-audit through 3.11.0, and the 4.0.0-rc.2 prerelease, builds its npm audit command by interpolating the user-supplied --registry option into a command string in src/handlers/handleInput.ts without validation or quoting, then passes that string to child_process.exec() in index.ts, which spawns a shell. A registry value containing shell metacharacters such as a semicolon, pipe, or command substitution executes arbitrary operating system commands with the privileges of the process running the audit. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63586 | 1 Weidmueller | 2 Fwr Ie Sr 2tx Wl, Fwr Ie Sr 2tx Wl 4g Eu Us | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| The web-based management interface uses a modified uhttpd server with CGI shell scripts. The HTTP Basic Authentication username, taken directly from the Authorization header without sanitization, is inserted into a shell command string executed via the system() function. By submitting a specially crafted username containing shell metacharacters, an unauthenticated attacker with network access to the device can escape the command context and execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53542 | 1 Termix | 1 Termix | 2026-08-25 | 8.8 High |
| Termix is a web-based server management platform with SSH terminal, tunneling, and file editing capabilities. Prior to 2.3.2, the archive creation endpoint in src/backend/ssh/file-manager.ts passes selected file basenames to tar without an end-of-options marker and without making the operands unambiguously relative. A user with access to an SSH file-manager session can select basenames beginning with GNU tar options such as --checkpoint=1 and --checkpoint-action=exec, causing tar, tar.gz, tar.bz2, or tar.xz creation to interpret those names as options. The resulting checkpoint action executes commands on the managed SSH host with the privileges of the connected SSH account, allowing file disclosure, modification, and service disruption. This issue is fixed in version 2.3.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18835 | 1 Ibm | 3 Aix, Powervm Vios, Vios | 2026-08-25 | 9.9 Critical |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49255 | 1 Electerm | 1 Electerm | 2026-08-25 | 8.8 High |
| electerm is an open-sourced terminal/ssh/sftp/telnet/serialport/RDP/VNC/Spice/ftp client. Prior to 3.11.11, electerm constructs operating system commands in src/app/lib/fs.js by interpolating untrusted file paths into the rmrf(), mv(), and cp() functions. A malicious SSH or SFTP server can provide a filename containing quote characters and shell metacharacters, and a victim can cause that filename to reach the affected operation during remote-to-local transfer, conflict renaming, copying, moving, or removal. The generated `rm -rf`, mv, `cp -r`, PowerShell Remove-Item, Move-Item, or Copy-Item command can then interpret the filename as shell syntax. This allows arbitrary command execution with the electerm desktop user's privileges on POSIX and Windows systems, enabling data exfiltration, file modification, malware installation, or denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.11. | ||||
| CVE-2026-39808 | 1 Fortinet | 3 Fortisandbox, Fortisandbox Paas, Fortisandboxpaas | 2026-08-24 | 9.1 Critical |
| A improper neutralization of special elements used in an os command ('os command injection') vulnerability in Fortinet FortiSandbox 4.4.0 through 4.4.8 may allow attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via <insert attack vector here> | ||||
| CVE-2026-76055 | 1 Black Duck | 1 Blackduck-c-cpp | 2026-08-24 | N/A |
| Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command in the package manager component of Black Duck blackduck-c-cpp before 3.0.7 allows an actor able to create a file within the scanned build directory to execute operating system commands as the account running the scan. Filesystem paths encountered while traversing the scanned directory are interpolated into command strings that are executed through a shell without quoting or escaping, so shell metacharacters within those paths are interpreted rather than treated as literal text. No control over the build command or the tool's configuration is required. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71858 | 1 Notepad-plus-plus | 1 Notepad++ | 2026-08-24 | N/A |
| Notepad++ is a free and open-source source code editor. Prior to 8.9.7, macros loaded from an attacker-controlled shortcuts.xml bypass the HMAC validation applied to UserDefinedCommands and can invoke Scintilla actions and the internal Open in Default Viewer command in an elevated Notepad++ process, allowing protected file modification and conditional elevated command execution when a local attacker influences settingsDir and a user triggers the macro. This issue is fixed in version 8.9.7. | ||||
