| CVE-2024-27304 | 2 Jackc, Redhat | 3 Pgproto3, Pgx, Advanced Cluster Security | 2026-05-21 | 9.8 Critical |
| pgx is a PostgreSQL driver and toolkit for Go. SQL injection can occur if an attacker can cause a single query or bind message to exceed 4 GB in size. An integer overflow in the calculated message size can cause the one large message to be sent as multiple messages under the attacker's control. The problem is resolved in v4.18.2 and v5.5.4. As a workaround, reject user input large enough to cause a single query or bind message to exceed 4 GB in size. | ||||
| CVE-2024-27289 | 2 Jackc, Redhat | 3 Pgx, Advanced Cluster Security, Openshift | 2026-05-21 | 8.1 High |
| pgx is a PostgreSQL driver and toolkit for Go. Prior to version 4.18.2, SQL injection can occur when all of the following conditions are met: the non-default simple protocol is used; a placeholder for a numeric value must be immediately preceded by a minus; there must be a second placeholder for a string value after the first placeholder; both must be on the same line; and both parameter values must be user-controlled. The problem is resolved in v4.18.2. As a workaround, do not use the simple protocol or do not place a minus directly before a placeholder. | ||||
| CVE-2026-31431 | 11 Amazon, Arista, Canonical and 8 more | 43 Amazon Linux, Cloudvision Agni, Cloudvision Portal and 40 more | 2026-05-21 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: algif_aead - Revert to operating out-of-place This mostly reverts commit 72548b093ee3 except for the copying of the associated data. There is no benefit in operating in-place in algif_aead since the source and destination come from different mappings. Get rid of all the complexity added for in-place operation and just copy the AD directly. | ||||
| CVE-2026-5946 | 2 Isc, Redhat | 3 Bind, Bind 9, Hummingbird | 2026-05-21 | 7.5 High |
| Multiple flaws have been identified in `named` related to the handling of DNS messages whose CLASS is not Internet (`IN`) — for example, `CHAOS` or `HESIOD`, or DNS messages that specify meta-classes (`ANY` or `NONE`) in the question section. Specially crafted requests reaching the affected code paths — recursion, dynamic updates (`UPDATE`), zone change notifications (`NOTIFY`), or processing of `IN`-specific record types in non-`IN` data — can cause assertion failures in `named`. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.11.0 through 9.16.50, 9.18.0 through 9.18.48, 9.20.0 through 9.20.22, 9.21.0 through 9.21.21, 9.11.3-S1 through 9.16.50-S1, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.48-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-3039 | 2 Isc, Redhat | 2 Bind, Hummingbird | 2026-05-21 | 7.5 High |
| BIND servers that are configured to use TKEY-based authentication via GSS-API tokens are vulnerable to excessive memory consumption when receiving and processing maliciously-constructed packets. Typically these servers will be found in Active Directory integrated DNS deployments and/or Kerberos-secured DNS environments. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.0.0 through 9.16.50, 9.18.0 through 9.18.48, 9.20.0 through 9.20.22, 9.21.0 through 9.21.21, 9.9.3-S1 through 9.16.50-S1, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.48-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1. | ||||
| CVE-2009-3459 | 2 Adobe, Redhat | 3 Acrobat, Acrobat Reader, Rhel Extras | 2026-05-21 | 8.8 High |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Adobe Reader and Acrobat 7.x before 7.1.4, 8.x before 8.1.7, and 9.x before 9.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted PDF file that triggers memory corruption, as exploited in the wild in October 2009. NOTE: some of these details are obtained from third party information. | ||||
| CVE-2023-52355 | 2 Libtiff, Redhat | 4 Libtiff, Ai Inference Server, Discovery and 1 more | 2026-05-21 | 7.5 High |
| An out-of-memory flaw was found in libtiff that could be triggered by passing a crafted tiff file to the TIFFRasterScanlineSize64() API. This flaw allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via a crafted input with a size smaller than 379 KB. | ||||
| CVE-2023-46136 | 2 Palletsprojects, Redhat | 4 Werkzeug, Ceph Storage, Openshift Ironic and 1 more | 2026-05-20 | 8 High |
| Werkzeug is a comprehensive WSGI web application library. In versions on the 3.x branch prior to 3.0.1 and on the 2.x branch prior to 2.3.8, if an upload of a file that starts with CR or LF and then is followed by megabytes of data without these characters: all of these bytes are appended chunk by chunk into internal bytearray and lookup for boundary is performed on growing buffer. This allows an attacker to cause a denial of service by sending crafted multipart data to an endpoint that will parse it. The amount of CPU time required can block worker processes from handling legitimate requests. This vulnerability has been patched in version 3.0.1 and 2.3.8. | ||||
| CVE-2025-61662 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 10 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 7 more | 2026-05-20 | 7.8 High |
| A Use-After-Free vulnerability has been discovered in GRUB's gettext module. This flaw stems from a programming error where the gettext command remains registered in memory after its module is unloaded. An attacker can exploit this condition by invoking the orphaned command, causing the application to access a memory location that is no longer valid. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause grub to crash, leading to a Denial of Service. Possible data integrity or confidentiality compromise is not discarded. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6843 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 5 Nano, Enterprise Linux, Nano and 2 more | 2026-05-20 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in nano. A local user could exploit a format string vulnerability in the `statusline()` function. By creating a directory with a name containing `printf` specifiers, the application attempts to display this name, leading to a segmentation fault (SEGV). This results in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the `nano` application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6844 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 6 Binutils, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-05-20 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the `readelf` utility of the binutils package. A local attacker could exploit two Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerabilities by providing a specially crafted Executable and Linkable Format (ELF) file. One vulnerability, a resource exhaustion (CWE-400), can lead to an out-of-memory condition. The other, a null pointer dereference (CWE-476), can cause a segmentation fault. Both issues can result in the `readelf` utility becoming unresponsive or crashing, leading to a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6845 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 6 Binutils, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-05-20 | 5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in binutils, specifically within the `readelf` utility. This vulnerability allows a local attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by tricking a user into processing a specially crafted Executable and Linkable Format (ELF) file. The exploitation of this flaw can lead to the system becoming unresponsive due to excessive resource consumption or a program crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6846 | 3 Gnu, Iputils, Redhat | 7 Binutils, Iputils, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-05-20 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in binutils. A heap-buffer-overflow vulnerability exists when processing a specially crafted XCOFF (Extended Common Object File Format) object file during linking. A local attacker could trick a user into processing this malicious file, which could lead to arbitrary code execution, allowing the attacker to run unauthorized commands, or cause a denial of service, making the system unavailable. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6848 | 1 Redhat | 2 Quay, Quay 3 | 2026-05-20 | 5.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Red Hat Quay. When Red Hat Quay requests password re-verification for sensitive operations, such as token generation or robot account creation, the re-authentication prompt can be bypassed. This allows a user with a timed-out session, or an attacker with access to an idle authenticated browser session, to perform privileged actions without providing valid credentials. The vulnerability enables unauthorized execution of sensitive operations despite the user interface displaying an error for invalid credentials. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6855 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux Ai, Instructlab | 2026-05-20 | 7.1 High |
| A flaw was found in InstructLab. A local attacker could exploit a path traversal vulnerability in the chat session handler by manipulating the `logs_dir` parameter. This allows the attacker to create new directories and write files to arbitrary locations on the system, potentially leading to unauthorized data modification or disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2025-14010 | 1 Redhat | 3 Ceph Storage, Community.general, Openstack | 2026-05-20 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in ansible-collection-community-general. This vulnerability allows for information exposure (IE) of sensitive credentials, specifically plaintext passwords, via verbose output when running Ansible with debug modes. Attackers with access to logs could retrieve these secrets and potentially compromise Keycloak accounts or administrative access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-4271 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 3 Libsoup, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus | 2026-05-19 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libsoup, a library for handling HTTP requests. This vulnerability, known as a Use-After-Free, occurs in the HTTP/2 server implementation. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending specially crafted HTTP/2 requests that cause authentication failures. This can lead to the application attempting to access memory that has already been freed, potentially causing application instability or crashes, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2025-8283 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-05-19 | 3.7 Low |
| A vulnerability was found in the netavark package, a network stack for containers used with Podman. Due to dns.podman search domain being removed, netavark may return external servers if a valid A/AAAA record is sent as a response. When creating a container with a given name, this name will be used as the hostname for the container itself, as the podman's search domain is not added anymore the container is using the host's resolv.conf, and the DNS resolver will try to look into the search domains contained on it. If one of the domains contain a name with the same hostname as the running container, the connection will forward to unexpected external servers. | ||||
| CVE-2025-5278 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2026-05-19 | 4.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GNU Coreutils. The sort utility's begfield() function is vulnerable to a heap buffer under-read. The program may access memory outside the allocated buffer if a user runs a crafted command using the traditional key format. A malicious input could lead to a crash or leak sensitive data. | ||||
| CVE-2025-61664 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2026-05-19 | 4.9 Medium |
| A vulnerability in the GRUB2 bootloader has been identified in the normal module. This flaw, a memory Use After Free issue, occurs because the normal_exit command is not properly unregistered when its related module is unloaded. An attacker can exploit this condition by invoking the command after the module has been removed, causing the system to improperly access a previously freed memory location. This leads to a system crash or possible impacts in data confidentiality and integrity. | ||||
