| CVE-2024-36017 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 7 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2025-12-17 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rtnetlink: Correct nested IFLA_VF_VLAN_LIST attribute validation Each attribute inside a nested IFLA_VF_VLAN_LIST is assumed to be a struct ifla_vf_vlan_info so the size of such attribute needs to be at least of sizeof(struct ifla_vf_vlan_info) which is 14 bytes. The current size validation in do_setvfinfo is against NLA_HDRLEN (4 bytes) which is less than sizeof(struct ifla_vf_vlan_info) so this validation is not enough and a too small attribute might be cast to a struct ifla_vf_vlan_info, this might result in an out of bands read access when accessing the saved (casted) entry in ivvl. | ||||

If the mptcp worker (dumbly) tries mptcp-level re-injection after such ack, that would unconditionally trigger a send buffer cleanup using 'bad' snd_una values. We could easily disable re-injection for fallback sockets, but such dumb behavior already helped catching a few subtle issues and a very low to zero impact in practice. Instead address the issue always initializing snd_nxt (and write_seq, for consistency) at connect time. | ||||
| CVE-2023-27561 | 3 Debian, Linuxfoundation, Redhat | 5 Debian Linux, Runc, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2025-12-16 | 7 High |
| runc through 1.1.4 has Incorrect Access Control leading to Escalation of Privileges, related to libcontainer/rootfs_linux.go. To exploit this, an attacker must be able to spawn two containers with custom volume-mount configurations, and be able to run custom images. NOTE: this issue exists because of a CVE-2019-19921 regression. | ||||
| CVE-2022-0639 | 2 Redhat, Url-parse Project | 2 Rhmt, Url-parse | 2025-12-16 | 5.3 Medium |
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in NPM url-parse prior to 1.5.7. | ||||
| CVE-2024-32462 | 3 Fedoraproject, Flatpak, Redhat | 7 Fedora, Flatpak, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2025-12-16 | 8.4 High |
| Flatpak is a system for building, distributing, and running sandboxed desktop applications on Linux. in versions before 1.10.9, 1.12.9, 1.14.6, and 1.15.8, a malicious or compromised Flatpak app could execute arbitrary code outside its sandbox. Normally, the `--command` argument of `flatpak run` expects to be given a command to run in the specified Flatpak app, optionally along with some arguments. However it is possible to instead pass `bwrap` arguments to `--command=`, such as `--bind`. It's possible to pass an arbitrary `commandline` to the portal interface `org.freedesktop.portal.Background.RequestBackground` from within a Flatpak app. When this is converted into a `--command` and arguments, it achieves the same effect of passing arguments directly to `bwrap`, and thus can be used for a sandbox escape. The solution is to pass the `--` argument to `bwrap`, which makes it stop processing options. This has been supported since bubblewrap 0.3.0. All supported versions of Flatpak require at least that version of bubblewrap. xdg-desktop-portal version 1.18.4 will mitigate this vulnerability by only allowing Flatpak apps to create .desktop files for commands that do not start with --. The vulnerability is patched in 1.15.8, 1.10.9, 1.12.9, and 1.14.6. | ||||
| CVE-2022-24765 | 6 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 7 Xcode, Debian Linux, Fedora and 4 more | 2025-12-16 | 6 Medium |
| Git for Windows is a fork of Git containing Windows-specific patches. This vulnerability affects users working on multi-user machines, where untrusted parties have write access to the same hard disk. Those untrusted parties could create the folder `C:\.git`, which would be picked up by Git operations run supposedly outside a repository while searching for a Git directory. Git would then respect any config in said Git directory. Git Bash users who set `GIT_PS1_SHOWDIRTYSTATE` are vulnerable as well. Users who installed posh-gitare vulnerable simply by starting a PowerShell. Users of IDEs such as Visual Studio are vulnerable: simply creating a new project would already read and respect the config specified in `C:\.git\config`. Users of the Microsoft fork of Git are vulnerable simply by starting a Git Bash. The problem has been patched in Git for Windows v2.35.2. Users unable to upgrade may create the folder `.git` on all drives where Git commands are run, and remove read/write access from those folders as a workaround. Alternatively, define or extend `GIT_CEILING_DIRECTORIES` to cover the _parent_ directory of the user profile, e.g. `C:\Users` if the user profile is located in `C:\Users\my-user-name`. | ||||
| CVE-2024-28863 | 3 Isaacs, Node-tar Project, Redhat | 6 Tar, Node-tar, Enterprise Linux and 3 more | 2025-12-16 | 6.5 Medium |
| node-tar is a Tar for Node.js. node-tar prior to version 6.2.1 has no limit on the number of sub-folders created in the folder creation process. An attacker who generates a large number of sub-folders can consume memory on the system running node-tar and even crash the Node.js client within few seconds of running it using a path with too many sub-folders inside. Version 6.2.1 fixes this issue by preventing extraction in excessively deep sub-folders. | ||||
| CVE-2022-24302 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Paramiko and 1 more | 6 Debian Linux, Fedora, Paramiko and 3 more | 2025-12-16 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Paramiko before 2.10.1, a race condition (between creation and chmod) in the write_private_key_file function could allow unauthorized information disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2024-29180 | 2 Redhat, Webpack.js | 11 Advanced Cluster Security, Apicurio Registry, Jboss Data Grid and 8 more | 2025-12-15 | 7.4 High |
| Prior to versions 7.1.0, 6.1.2, and 5.3.4, the webpack-dev-middleware development middleware for devpack does not validate the supplied URL address sufficiently before returning the local file. It is possible to access any file on the developer's machine. The middleware can either work with the physical filesystem when reading the files or it can use a virtualized in-memory `memfs` filesystem. If `writeToDisk` configuration option is set to `true`, the physical filesystem is used. The `getFilenameFromUrl` method is used to parse URL and build the local file path. The public path prefix is stripped from the URL, and the `unsecaped` path suffix is appended to the `outputPath`. As the URL is not unescaped and normalized automatically before calling the midlleware, it is possible to use `%2e` and `%2f` sequences to perform path traversal attack. Developers using `webpack-dev-server` or `webpack-dev-middleware` are affected by the issue. When the project is started, an attacker might access any file on the developer's machine and exfiltrate the content. If the development server is listening on a public IP address (or `0.0.0.0`), an attacker on the local network can access the local files without any interaction from the victim (direct connection to the port). If the server allows access from third-party domains, an attacker can send a malicious link to the victim. When visited, the client side script can connect to the local server and exfiltrate the local files. Starting with fixed versions 7.1.0, 6.1.2, and 5.3.4, the URL is unescaped and normalized before any further processing. | ||||
| CVE-2025-23184 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 2 Cxf, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform | 2025-12-15 | 5.9 Medium |
| A potential denial of service vulnerability is present in versions of Apache CXF before 3.5.10, 3.6.5 and 4.0.6. In some edge cases, the CachedOutputStream instances may not be closed and, if backed by temporary files, may fill up the file system (it applies to servers and clients). | ||||
| CVE-2024-9453 | 2 Jenkins, Redhat | 3 Jenkins, Ocp Tools, Openshift Developer Tools And Services | 2025-12-12 | 6.5 Medium |
| A vulnerability was found in Red Hat OpenShift Jenkins. The bearer token is not obfuscated in the logs and potentially carries a high risk if those logs are centralized when collected. The token is typically valid for one year. This flaw allows a malicious user to jeopardize the environment if they have access to sensitive information. | ||||
| CVE-2024-27289 | 3 Jackc, Pgx Project, Redhat | 4 Pgx, Pgx, Advanced Cluster Security and 1 more | 2025-12-11 | 8.1 High |
| pgx is a PostgreSQL driver and toolkit for Go. Prior to version 4.18.2, SQL injection can occur when all of the following conditions are met: the non-default simple protocol is used; a placeholder for a numeric value must be immediately preceded by a minus; there must be a second placeholder for a string value after the first placeholder; both must be on the same line; and both parameter values must be user-controlled. The problem is resolved in v4.18.2. As a workaround, do not use the simple protocol or do not place a minus directly before a placeholder. | ||||
| CVE-2021-4156 | 3 Debian, Libsndfile Project, Redhat | 3 Debian Linux, Libsndfile, Enterprise Linux | 2025-12-11 | 7.1 High |
| An out-of-bounds read flaw was found in libsndfile's FLAC codec functionality. An attacker who is able to submit a specially crafted file (via tricking a user to open or otherwise) to an application linked with libsndfile and using the FLAC codec, could trigger an out-of-bounds read that would most likely cause a crash but could potentially leak memory information that could be used in further exploitation of other flaws. | ||||
| CVE-2024-6472 | 3 Libreoffice, Redhat, The Document Foundation | 7 Libreoffice, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 4 more | 2025-12-10 | 7.8 High |
| Certificate Validation user interface in LibreOffice allows potential vulnerability. Signed macros are scripts that have been digitally signed by the developer using a cryptographic signature. When a document with a signed macro is opened a warning is displayed by LibreOffice before the macro is executed. Previously if verification failed the user could fail to understand the failure and choose to enable the macros anyway. This issue affects LibreOffice: from 24.2 before 24.2.5. | ||||
| CVE-2021-25635 | 2 Libreoffice, Redhat | 2 Libreoffice, Enterprise Linux | 2025-12-10 | 5.5 Medium |
| An Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in LibreOffice allowed an attacker to self sign an ODF document, with a signature untrusted by the target, then modify it to change the signature algorithm to an invalid (or unknown to LibreOffice) algorithm and LibreOffice would incorrectly present such a signature with an unknown algorithm as a valid signature issued by a trusted person This issue affects LibreOffice: from 7.0 before 7.0.5, from 7.1 before 7.1.1. | ||||
| CVE-2024-3044 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libreoffice and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libreoffice and 1 more | 2025-12-10 | 6.5 Medium |
| Unchecked script execution in Graphic on-click binding in affected LibreOffice versions allows an attacker to create a document which without prompt will execute scripts built-into LibreOffice on clicking a graphic. Such scripts were previously deemed trusted but are now deemed untrusted. | ||||
| CVE-2025-1080 | 3 Debian, Libreoffice, Redhat | 8 Debian Linux, Libreoffice, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2025-12-10 | 7.8 High |
| LibreOffice supports Office URI Schemes to enable browser integration of LibreOffice with MS SharePoint server. An additional scheme 'vnd.libreoffice.command' specific to LibreOffice was added. In the affected versions of LibreOffice a link in a browser using that scheme could be constructed with an embedded inner URL that when passed to LibreOffice could call internal macros with arbitrary arguments. This issue affects LibreOffice: from 24.8 before < 24.8.5, from 25.2 before < 25.2.1. | ||||
| CVE-2024-23301 | 4 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Relax-and-recover and 1 more | 4 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Relax-and-recover and 1 more | 2025-12-10 | 5.5 Medium |
| Relax-and-Recover (aka ReaR) through 2.7 creates a world-readable initrd when using GRUB_RESCUE=y. This allows local attackers to gain access to system secrets otherwise only readable by root. | ||||
