CVE-2026-80719 1 Linux 2 Kernel, Linux Kernel 2026-09-02 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm: mglru: fix stale batch updates after memcg reparenting The mglru page table walker batches per-generation size deltas in walk->nr_pages while walking page tables without holding the lruvec lock. The reset_batch_size() later folds those deltas into walk->lruvec under the lruvec lock. The page table walker can run concurrently with the memcg reparenting path as follows: CPU0 CPU1 ==== ==== walk_mm --> walk_page_range --> update_batch_size --> walk->nr_pages += delta mem_cgroup_css_offline --> memcg_reparent_objcgs --> lock lruvec lru_gen_reparent_memcg --> reparent child folios to parent unlock lruvec lock lruvec reset_batch_size --> child lrugen->nr_pages += delta This will trigger the following warning in lru_gen_exit_memcg(): VM_WARN_ON_ONCE(memchr_inv(lruvec->lrugen.nr_pages, 0, sizeof(lruvec->lrugen.nr_pages))); And the user-visible impact of underestimated nr_pages in MGLRU was premature OOMs because MGLRU does not try to reclaim memory when nr_pages reaches zero, but there are still more pages. To fix it, make reset_batch_size() check CSS_DYING under RCU before flushing the pending batch. A non-dying memcg keeps the original lruvec stable against RCU-delayed offlining; a dying memcg redirects the deltas to the first non-dying ancestor.
CVE-2026-49415 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-09-01 8.8 High
During execve(2) of a SUID binary, the new virtual address space is installed before the process credentials are updated. During this window, a process running as the same user can access the target process's memory via procfs or linprocfs, because the kernel's debugging permission check still saw the original credentials. An unprivileged local user can exploit this race to modify the address space of a SUID binary before its credentials are elevated, potentially gaining full control of the affected system.
CVE-2026-78319 1 Sauter 8 Ecos504, Ecos505, Modu612-lc and 5 more 2026-09-01 N/A
A service running on the affected products contains a potential Time-of-Check Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race condition. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this race condition to bypass intended security controls. This may result in the execution of unauthorized code.
CVE-2026-80622 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-01 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: char: tlclk: fix use-after-free in tlclk_cleanup() This patch improves the module cleanup process in the tlclk driver to prevent potential use-after-free and race conditions. Currently, the file_operations structure does not specify the .owner field, which could allow the module to be unloaded while user-space processes are still interacting with the device. Additionally, the tlclk_cleanup() function frees the alarm_events memory before ensuring that blocked processes in the waitqueue are fully awakened and that the switchover_timer has completed. To address these cases, this patch: - Sets '.owner = THIS_MODULE' in tlclk_fops to safely defer module unloading while the device is in use. - Updates tlclk_cleanup() to explicitly wake up all blocked readers (wake_up_all), properly release hardware I/O regions, and safely delete the timer (timer_delete_sync) prior to freeing memory.
CVE-2026-78422 1 Z-galaxy 1 Zbus Polkit 2026-09-01 7.0 High
Subject::new_for_owner() in the zbus_polkit crate encodes the uid entry of a unix-process polkit subject as an unsigned 32-bit integer (D-Bus type u), whereas the org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Authority interface specifies a signed 32-bit integer (D-Bus type i). Because of this type mismatch, polkit silently discards the caller-supplied UID and instead determines the subject's owner itself by looking up the PID in /proc, a lookup that is inherently subject to a time-of-check/time-of-use race. Consequently, an application that passes a UID obtained from a trustworthy source — for example SO_PEERCRED Unix socket peer credentials — in order to defend against PID reuse receives no protection, and the supplied UID has no effect on the authorization decision. A local unprivileged attacker who can cause an authorized process to terminate and then win the race to have their own process assigned the same PID can be authorized under the identity of the terminated process, bypassing the polkit authorization check and performing actions the attacker is not entitled to. This issue affects zbus_polkit before 5.1.0.
CVE-2026-77573 1 Weblate 1 Weblate 2026-09-01 3.5 Low
Weblate is a web-based continuous localization platform used to manage software translations. In versions prior to 2026.8, a user permitted to manage component repository URLs can perform server-side request forgery against internal services through DNS rebinding during VCS operations. Weblate validates the hostname's first DNS resolution, but the external VCS clients that later connect perform a separate DNS lookup, so an attacker-controlled hostname that initially resolves to a public address can be re-pointed to an internal or private address before the connection is made. By triggering a clone, fetch, push, or similar remote operation, the attacker can cause Weblate to reach internal VCS-compatible services and potentially expose private repository contents. Installations that permit untrusted repository hostnames while using VCS_RESTRICT_PRIVATE=True are affected. This issue is fixed in version 2026.8.
CVE-2026-19410 1 Google Cloud 1 Cloud Build 2026-08-31 N/A
An Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in GitHub Trigger Comment Control in Google Cloud Build prior to 2026-06-24 on Google Cloud Platform allows a remote attacker to execute unreviewed code in the build environment using webhook suppression. This vulnerability was patched on 24 June 2026, and no customer action is needed.
CVE-2026-82238 1 Filebrowser 1 Filebrowser 2026-08-31 3.1 Low
filebrowser from version 2.24.0 contains a race condition in the TUS upload handler that allows authenticated users to write past the declared Upload-Length by sending concurrent PATCH requests. Attackers can send multiple simultaneous PATCH requests at the same offset to bypass length validation, resulting in files that exceed their declared size and triggering completion hooks for oversized uploads.
CVE-2026-54754 1 Klever-io 1 Klever-go 2026-08-31 9.6 Critical
Klever-Go is the Go implementation of the Klever blockchain protocol. Prior to 1.7.19, marketplace settlement in core/kapp/market/market.go reads MarketOrderData.ReferralPercentage from the listing while reading asset.Royalties.MarketPercentage live at purchase time. An asset owner can create a valid listing and then use AssetTrigger UpdateRoyalties to make the combined referral and royalty percentages exceed the bid. executeBuyMarket pays referral and royalty amounts unconditionally while computeMarketOwnerAmount silently skips a nonpositive seller remainder, allowing MarketBuy, BuyItNow, or auction Claim settlement to credit more KLV or sale currency than the buyer paid. This can create unbacked currency and corrupt token supply integrity. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.19.
CVE-2026-79263 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-08-31 8.1 High

CVE-2026-80675 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-29 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libbpf: Reject non-exclusive metadata maps in the signed loader The loader verifies map->sha against the metadata hash in its instructions. map->sha is calculated when BPF_OBJ_GET_INFO_BY_FD is called on the frozen map. While the map is frozen, the /signed loader/ must also ensure the map is exclusive, as, without exclusivity (which a hostile host could just omit when loading the loader), another BPF program with map access can mutate the contents afterwards, so the check passes on stale data. With the extra check as part of the signed loader, it now refuses to move on with map->sha validation if the host set it up wrongly.
CVE-2026-80630 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-29 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: sch_fq_codel: Do not call qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog during peek before restoring qlen Whenever fq_codel drops packets during peek, it calls qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog. An issue arises because it calls qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog before it reincrements the qlen. If qlen drops to zero, but peek returns an skb, the parent's qlen_notify callback will be executed even though fq_codel still has 1 packet on the queue and, thus, will mistakenly deactivate the parent's class causing issues like a recent report [1] and a wild memory access in qfq: [ 29.371146][ T360] Oops: general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0xfbd59c0000000024: 0000 [#1] SMP KASAN NOPTI [ 29.371666][ T360] KASAN: maybe wild-memory-access in range [0xdead000000000120-0xdead000000000127] [ 29.371987][ T360] CPU: 6 UID: 0 PID: 360 Comm: tc Not tainted 7.1.0-rc5-00285-gc530e5b2dbc6-dirty #82 PREEMPT(full) [ 29.372384][ T360] Hardware name: Bochs Bochs, BIOS Bochs 01/01/2011 [ 29.372620][ T360] RIP: 0010:qfq_deactivate_agg (include/linux/list.h:1029 (discriminator 2) include/linux/list.h:1043 (discriminator 2) net/sched/sch_qfq.c:1369 (discriminator 2) net/sched/sch_qfq.c:1395 (discriminator 2)) sch_qfq [ 29.373544][ T360] RSP: 0018:ffff888102417370 EFLAGS: 00010216 [ 29.373800][ T360] RAX: 0000000000000000 RBX: ffff88811224d568 RCX: dffffc0000000000 [ 29.374079][ T360] RDX: 1ffff11021fe1543 RSI: ffff88810ff0aa00 RDI: dffffc0000000000 [ 29.374368][ T360] RBP: ffff88811224c280 R08: dead000000000122 R09: 1bd5a00000000024 [ 29.374649][ T360] R10: fffffbfff7940329 R11: fffffbfff7940329 R12: 0000000000000000 [ 29.374926][ T360] R13: dead000000000100 R14: ffff88811224d580 R15: ffff88811224d578 [ 29.375207][ T360] FS: 00007f5b794e5780(0000) GS:ffff88815d1e9000(0000) knlGS:0000000000000000 [ 29.375545][ T360] CS: 0010 DS: 0000 ES: 0000 CR0: 0000000080050033 [ 29.375823][ T360] CR2: 000055ffb091f000 CR3: 000000010a305000 CR4: 0000000000750ef0 [ 29.376103][ T360] PKRU: 55555554 [ 29.376258][ T360] Call Trace: [ 29.376401][ T360] <TASK> ... CVE-2026-80551 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-28 9.3 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/vfio_ccw: Ensure first IDAW remains constant The first IDAW in a list does not need to be on a 2K/4K boundary like all others, and so is read separately to accurately calculate the size of the buffer needed to read the full IDAL. Verify that the address found in the first IDAW is unchanged between reads, to ensure a consistent set of IDAWs being worked with.
CVE-2026-74748 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-28 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: ipset: fix refcount race between list:set GC and swap __ip_set_put_byindex() resolved the index to a set pointer under RCU, then took ip_set_ref_lock in __ip_set_put() to decrement set->ref. ip_set_swap() holds that same lock while swapping both the ip_set_list slots and the two sets' ref counters, so it can interleave between the dereference and the lock acquisition, leaving the caller to decrement a set whose reference already moved to the other index and hit BUG_ON(set->ref == 0). list_set_gc() reaches this from timer softirq, which the nfnl mutex does not serialize against swap: an expiring list:set member calls list_set_del() -> ip_set_put_byindex() while IPSET_CMD_SWAP runs on the referenced sets. Resolve the index and decrement under ip_set_ref_lock, as ip_set_swap() already does, keeping the refcount tied to the index rather than to a stale set pointer. kernel BUG at net/netfilter/ipset/ip_set_core.c:685!
