| CVE-2022-48632 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-08-04 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: i2c: mlxbf: prevent stack overflow in mlxbf_i2c_smbus_start_transaction() memcpy() is called in a loop while 'operation->length' upper bound is not checked and 'data_idx' also increments. | ||||
| CVE-2021-47458 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-08-04 | 7.1 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2: mount fails with buffer overflow in strlen Starting with kernel 5.11 built with CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE mouting an ocfs2 filesystem with either o2cb or pcmk cluster stack fails with the trace below. Problem seems to be that strings for cluster stack and cluster name are not guaranteed to be null terminated in the disk representation, while strlcpy assumes that the source string is always null terminated. This causes a read outside of the source string triggering the buffer overflow detection. detected buffer overflow in strlen ------------[ cut here ]------------ kernel BUG at lib/string.c:1149! invalid opcode: 0000 [#1] SMP PTI CPU: 1 PID: 910 Comm: mount.ocfs2 Not tainted 5.14.0-1-amd64 #1 Debian 5.14.6-2 RIP: 0010:fortify_panic+0xf/0x11 ... | Inappropriate implementation in XML in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.47 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) | ||||
| CVE-2026-61390 | 1 Hikvision | 2 Ds-2cd Series, Ds-2de Series | 2026-08-04 | 7.7 High |
| There is a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in some Hikvision cameras, which may allow unauthenticated attackers to cause device malfunction by sending specially crafted packets. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18585 | 2 Gl-inet, Gl.inet | 22 Be3600, Be6500, Be9300 and 19 more | 2026-08-03 | 4.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability was detected in GL.iNet MT3000, MT6000, BE9300, BE3600, MT3600BE, E5800, BE6500, MT5000, X3000, XE3000 and MT2500 up to 20260707. The affected element is the function nas-web.get_file_list of the component APPS-NAS Module. Performing a manipulation results in heap-based buffer overflow. The attack may be initiated remotely. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure and confirmed the existence of the vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-52720 | 2 Gstreamer Project, Redhat | 9 Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 6 more | 2026-08-03 | 8.8 High |
| A heap buffer overflow vulnerability was found in GStreamer's librfb (RFB/VNC client). The rectangle bounds check incorrectly validates area rather than individual dimensions, allowing a malicious VNC server to send a rectangle that extends beyond the framebuffer. A remote attacker could set up a malicious VNC server and trick a user into connecting, resulting in an out-of-bounds heap write that could lead to code execution or a crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13798 | 4 Apple, Google, Linux and 1 more | 4 Macos, Chrome, Linux Kernel and 1 more | 2026-08-03 | 9.6 Critical |
| Heap buffer overflow in Chromecast in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.47 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) | ||||
| CVE-2026-13976 | 1 Google | 1 Chrome | 2026-08-03 | 5.8 Medium |
| Insufficient data validation in Storage in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.47 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) | ||||
| CVE-2026-20462 | 1 Mediatek, Inc. | 1 Mediatek Chipset | 2026-08-03 | 6.7 Medium |
| In Telephony, there is a possible memory corruption due to a heap buffer overflow. This could lead to local escalation of privilege if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS11006447; Issue ID: MSV-7871. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14427 | 1 Google | 1 Chrome | 2026-08-03 | 8.3 High |
| Heap buffer overflow in Skia in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.46 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical) | ||||
| CVE-2026-21057 | 1 Samsung Mobile | 1 Samsung Pass | 2026-08-03 | N/A |
| Improper input validation in Samsung Pass prior to version 5.2.10.3 allows local privileged attackers to write out-of-bounds memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48339 | 3 Adobe, Apple, Microsoft | 4 Adobe Bridge, Bridge, Macos and 1 more | 2026-08-02 | 7.8 High |
| Bridge is affected by a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54715 | 1 Allinurl | 1 Goaccess | 2026-08-02 | N/A |
| GoAccess is a real-time web log analyzer and interactive viewer that runs in a terminal in *nix systems or through the browser. In version 1.10.2, parse_browser assumes the matched browser token begins with Opera and moves a trailing version substring to match plus five, allowing a crafted User-Agent in a processed access log to write one to four attacker-influenced bytes beyond the heap allocation and corrupt or crash GoAccess. This issue is fixed in version 1.11. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14415 | 1 Google | 1 Chrome | 2026-08-01 | 8.8 High |
| Inappropriate implementation in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.46 allowed a remote attacker who convinced a user to engage in specific UI gestures to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Low) | ||||
| CVE-2026-24268 | 1 Nvidia | 1 Tensorrt | 2026-08-01 | 7.8 High |
| NVIDIA TensorRT contains a vulnerability where an attacker might cause a heap-based buffer overflow. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-17680 | 1 Google | 2 Chrome, Chrome Os | 2026-07-31 | 9.6 Critical |
| Heap buffer overflow in Color in Google Chrome on ChromeOS prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) | ||||

| A flaw was found in libsolv. This heap buffer overflow vulnerability occurs when a victim processes a specially crafted `.solv` file containing negative size values in the `repo_add_solv` function. This leads to an undersized memory allocation and a subsequent out-of-bounds write. An attacker could exploit this to cause a denial of service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2026-15123 | 1 Google | 1 Chrome | 2026-07-31 | 8.8 High |
| Inappropriate implementation in DOM in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.115 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) | ||||
