| APIFold reads an OpenAPI 3.x or Swagger 2.x specification and generates a live, production-ready MCP server endpoint. Prior to commit 7f19b52280f414f57af2b79a95333d1c8fbeece5, the `/webhooks/:serverSlug/:eventName` endpoint accepts arbitrary unauthenticated JSON and stores it in Redis and the `webhook_events` PostgreSQL table without any signature check or authentication requirement. The root cause is that `createWebhookRouter` is called at `server.ts:188` without a `validators` map, so `receivers.ts:80`'s optional-chaining guard evaluates to `undefined` and the signature-validation block (`receiver.ts:81–95`) is unconditionally skipped. Any unauthenticated network client that knows a valid server slug can inject arbitrary payloads, which are subsequently served as trusted resource state to legitimate MCP clients. Commit 7f19b52280f414f57af2b79a95333d1c8fbeece5 patches the issue. | ||||

| xrdp is an open source RDP server. In versions 0.10.6 and prior, when an authenticated user session is initialized using the Xvnc backend over UNIX domain sockets, the Xvnc process is launched with insufficient authentication mechanisms. A local authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass intended session isolation, allowing them to unauthorizedly view or control the active desktop sessions of other users on the same system. Users using other backends, such as xorgxrdp or Xvnc over TCP sockets, are not affected. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6.1. | ||||

Because GET /api/v1/scans returns scan records containing userId values without authentication, a remote unauthenticated attacker can harvest a victim's userId, forge a valid HS256 cg_session cookie offline using the known secret, and call GET /api/v1/auth/me to obtain the victim's email address, subscription plan, and secret apiKey. | HeyForm is an open-source form builder. Prior to version 3.0.0-rc.9, `POST /api/upload` has no authentication guard, no global guard, no form-context validation, no `openToken` requirement, and no session cookie check. Any anonymous internet user can upload files (PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, CSV, TXT, MP4, images, etc., up to 10 MB) and receive a permanent public URL on the HeyForm domain. The endpoint is used by both authenticated form creators and unauthenticated form submitters; because no form-context binding exists, every request to it is anonymously accepted. Version 3.0.0-rc.9 contains a patch for the issue. | ||||

| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to version 4.6.40, PraisonAI's first-party A2A server example exposes an unauthenticated A2A JSON-RPC endpoint and registers a `calculate(expression)` tool implemented with Python `eval()`. The example also binds to `0.0.0.0`. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send `message/send` to `/a2a`; the request reaches `agent.chat()`, and a real LLM can invoke the registered `calculate` tool. In testing with `gemini/gemini-2.5-flash-lite`, this resulted in arbitrary Python execution in the server process, confirmed by creation of a marker file from an unauthenticated HTTP request. The issue affects deployments following the official A2A example or similar unauthenticated public A2A deployments with unsafe tools. The default unauthenticated A2A surface also exposes task history and task cancellation APIs, increasing confidentiality and integrity impact. Version 4.6.40 patches the issue. | ||||

| Nhost is an open source Firebase alternative with GraphQL. In versions of Nhost CLI prior to 1.46.0, the hidden `nhost configserver` used by `nhost dev` exposes the Mimir GraphQL API with dummy authorization directives and permissive CORS. When a developer is running the local development environment, any process that can reach the developer's localhost service, including a web page loaded from an arbitrary origin, can query the configserver for local Nhost configuration and secrets and can mutate the local `.secrets` file. This impacts developers using `nhost dev`: project admin secrets, JWT signing keys, webhook secrets, Grafana credentials, and custom environment variables can be read, and attacker-controlled secrets can be written to the local development project. Version 1.46.0 of Nhost CLI contains a fix. | ||||

| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. CVE-2026-44338 (GHSA-6rmh-7xcm-cpxj) documents that PraisonAI ships a code-generator (`praisonai.deploy.api.generate_api_server_code`) that emits a Flask API server with authentication disabled by default. Users who follow the documented quickstart (`praisonai deploy --type api`) get a server that binds to `0.0.0.0` per the recommended sample YAML, exposes `/chat` and `/agents` endpoints, runs `praisonai.run()` on user-supplied JSON input — LLM orchestration with the API key materials present in the process environment, and does not require any authentication. Versions prior to 4.6.40 still ship the generator with `auth_enabled` defaulting to `False`. The fix shape is opt-in via `APIConfig(auth_enabled=True, auth_token=...)`. Version 4.6.40 fixes the issue. | ||||
