| Milvus is an open-source vector database built for generative AI applications. Prior to 2.5.27 and 2.6.10, Milvus exposes TCP port 9091 by default, which enables authentication bypasses. The /expr debug endpoint uses a weak, predictable default authentication token derived from etcd.rootPath (default: by-dev), enabling arbitrary expression evaluation. The full REST API (/api/v1/*) is registered on the metrics/management port without any authentication, allowing unauthenticated access to all business operations including data manipulation and credential management. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.5.27 and 2.6.10. | ||||

| Calero VeraSMART versions prior to 2022 R1 expose an unauthenticated .NET Remoting HTTP service on TCP port 8001. The service publishes default ObjectURIs (including EndeavorServer.rem and RemoteFileReceiver.rem) and permits the use of SOAP and binary formatters with TypeFilterLevel set to Full. An unauthenticated remote attacker can invoke the exposed remoting endpoints to perform arbitrary file read and write operations via the WebClient class. This allows retrieval of sensitive files such as WebRoot\\web.config, which may disclose IIS machineKey validation and decryption keys. An attacker can use these keys to generate a malicious ASP.NET ViewState payload and achieve remote code execution within the IIS application context. Additionally, supplying a UNC path can trigger outbound SMB authentication from the service account, potentially exposing NTLMv2 hashes for relay or offline cracking. | ||||

| The WhatsApp bridge component in Nanobot binds the WebSocket server to all network interfaces (0.0.0.0) on port 3001 by default and does not require authentication for incoming connections. An unauthenticated remote attacker with network access to the bridge can connect to the WebSocket server to hijack the WhatsApp session. This allows the attacker to send messages on behalf of the user, intercept all incoming messages and media in real-time, and capture authentication QR codes. | ||||

| OpenClaw is a personal AI assistant. Versions 2026.2.13 and below allow the optional @openclaw/voice-call plugin Telnyx webhook handler to accept unsigned inbound webhook requests when telnyx.publicKey is not configured, enabling unauthenticated callers to forge Telnyx events. Telnyx webhooks are expected to be authenticated via Ed25519 signature verification. In affected versions, TelnyxProvider.verifyWebhook() could effectively fail open when no Telnyx public key was configured, allowing arbitrary HTTP POST requests to the voice-call webhook endpoint to be treated as legitimate Telnyx events. This only impacts deployments where the Voice Call plugin is installed, enabled, and the webhook endpoint is reachable from the attacker (for example, publicly exposed via a tunnel/proxy). The issue has been fixed in version 2026.2.14. | ||||

| Chamilo LMS is an open-source learning management system. In version 2.0-RC.2, the file public/main/inc/ajax/install.ajax.php is accessible without authentication on fully installed instances because, unlike other AJAX endpoints, it does not include the global.inc.php file that performs authentication and installation-completed checks. Its test_mailer action accepts an arbitrary Symfony Mailer DSN string from POST data and uses it to connect to an attacker-specified SMTP server, enabling Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) into internal networks via the SMTP protocol. An unauthenticated attacker can also abuse this to weaponize the Chamilo server as an open email relay for phishing and spam campaigns, with emails appearing to originate from the server's IP address. Additionally, error responses from failed SMTP connections may disclose information about internal network topology and running services. This issue has been fixed in version 2.0.0-RC.3. | ||||

| Chamilo LMS is an open-source learning management system. In versions prior to 2.0.0-RC.3, the PENS (Package Exchange Notification Services) plugin endpoint at public/plugin/Pens/pens.php is accessible without authentication and accepts a user-controlled package-url parameter that the server fetches using curl without filtering private or internal IP addresses, enabling unauthenticated Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). An attacker can exploit this to probe internal network services, access cloud metadata endpoints (such as 169.254.169.254) to steal IAM credentials and sensitive instance metadata, or trigger state-changing operations on internal services via the receipt and alerts callback parameters. No authentication is required to exploit either SSRF vector, significantly increasing the attack surface. This issue has been fixed in version 2.0.0-RC.3. | ||||

| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions below 4.5.139 of PraisonAI and 1.5.140 of praisonaiagents, the browser bridge (praisonai browser start) is vulnerable to unauthenticated remote session hijacking due to missing authentication and a bypassable origin check on its /ws WebSocket endpoint. The server binds to 0.0.0.0 by default and only validates the Origin header when one is present, meaning any non-browser client that omits the header is accepted without restriction. An unauthenticated network attacker can connect, send a start_session message, and the server will route it to the first idle browser-extension WebSocket (effectively hijacking that session) and then broadcast all resulting automation actions and outputs back to the attacker. This enables unauthorized remote control of connected browser automation sessions, leakage of sensitive page context and automation results, and misuse of model-backed browser actions in any environment where the bridge is network-reachable. This issue has been fixed in versions 4.5.139 of PraisonAI and 1.5.140 of praisonaiagents. | ||||

| Umbraco Engage is a business intelligence platform. A vulnerability has been identified in Umbraco Engage prior to versions 16.2.1 and 17.1.1 where certain API endpoints are exposed without enforcing authentication or authorization checks. The affected endpoints can be accessed directly over the network without requiring a valid session or user credentials. By supplying a user-controlled identifier parameter (e.g., ?id=), an attacker can retrieve sensitive data associated with arbitrary records. Because no access control validation is performed, the endpoints are vulnerable to enumeration attacks, allowing attackers to iterate over identifiers and extract data at scale. An unauthenticated attacker can retrieve sensitive Engage-related data by directly querying the affected API endpoints. The vulnerability allows arbitrary record access through predictable or enumerable identifiers. The confidentiality impact is considered high. No direct integrity or availability impact has been identified. The scope of exposed data depends on the deployment but may include analytics data, tracking data, customer-related information, or other Engage-managed content.
