| wger is a free, open-source workout and fitness manager. In versions 2.5 and below, the GymConfigUpdateView declares permission_required = 'config.change_gymconfig' but inherits WgerFormMixin instead of WgerPermissionMixin, so the permission is never enforced at runtime. Since GymConfig is an ownerless singleton, any authenticated user can modify the global gym configuration, triggering save() side effects that bulk-update user profile gym assignments — a vertical privilege escalation to installation-wide configuration control. This issue is fixed in version 2.5. | ||||

| RustFS is a distributed object storage system built in Rust. Prior to 1.0.0-alpha.94, all four notification target admin API endpoints in `rustfs/src/admin/handlers/event.rs` use a `check_permissions` helper that validates authentication only (access key + session token), without performing any admin-action authorization via `validate_admin_request`. Every other admin handler in the codebase correctly calls `validate_admin_request` with a specific `AdminAction`. This is the only admin handler file that skips authorization. A non-admin user can overwrite a shared admin-defined notification target by name, causing subsequent bucket events to be delivered to an attacker-controlled endpoint. This enables cross-user event interception and audit evasion. 1.0.0-alpha.94 contains a patch. | ||||

| Neko is a a self-hosted virtual browser that runs in Docker and uses WebRTC In versions 3.0.0 through 3.0.10 and 3.1.0 through 3.1.1, any authenticated user can immediately obtain full administrative control of the entire Neko instance (member management, room settings, broadcast control, session termination, etc.). This results in a complete compromise of the instance. The vulnerability has been patched in v3.0.11 and v3.1.2. If upgrading is not immediately possible, the following mitigations can reduce risk: Restrict access to trusted users only (avoid granting accounts to untrusted parties); ensure all user passwords are strong and only shared with trusted individuals; run the instance only when needed; avoid leaving it continuously exposed; place the instance behind authentication layers such as a reverse proxy with additional access controls; disable or restrict access to the /api/profile endpoint if feasible; and/or monitor for suspicious privilege changes or unexpected administrative actions. Note that these are temporary mitigations and do not fully eliminate the vulnerability. Upgrading is strongly recommended. | ||||

| Magento Long Term Support (LTS) is an unofficial, community-driven project provides an alternative to the Magento Community Edition e-commerce platform with a high level of backward compatibility. Prior to version 20.17.0, the shared wishlist add-to-cart endpoint authorizes access with a public `sharing_code`, but loads the acted-on wishlist item by a separate global `wishlist_item_id` and never verifies that the item belongs to the shared wishlist referenced by that code. This lets an attacker use a valid shared wishlist code for wishlist A and a wishlist item ID belonging to victim wishlist B to import victim item B into the attacker's cart through the shared wishlist flow for wishlist A. Because the victim item's stored `buyRequest` is reused during cart import, the victim's private custom-option data is copied into the attacker's quote. If the product uses a file custom option, this can be elevated to cross-user file disclosure because the imported file metadata is preserved and the download endpoint is not ownership-bound. Version 20.17.0 patches the issue. | ||||
