| CVE-2023-6780 | 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Glibc, Enterprise Linux | 2026-05-12 | 5.3 Medium |
| An integer overflow was found in the __vsyslog_internal function of the glibc library. This function is called by the syslog and vsyslog functions. This issue occurs when these functions are called with a very long message, leading to an incorrect calculation of the buffer size to store the message, resulting in undefined behavior. This issue affects glibc 2.37 and newer. | ||||
| CVE-2023-6779 | 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Glibc, Enterprise Linux | 2026-05-12 | 8.2 High |
| An off-by-one heap-based buffer overflow was found in the __vsyslog_internal function of the glibc library. This function is called by the syslog and vsyslog functions. This issue occurs when these functions are called with a message bigger than INT_MAX bytes, leading to an incorrect calculation of the buffer size to store the message, resulting in an application crash. This issue affects glibc 2.37 and newer. | ||||
| CVE-2023-6246 | 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Glibc, Enterprise Linux | 2026-05-12 | 8.4 High |
| A heap-based buffer overflow was found in the __vsyslog_internal function of the glibc library. This function is called by the syslog and vsyslog functions. This issue occurs when the openlog function was not called, or called with the ident argument set to NULL, and the program name (the basename of argv[0]) is bigger than 1024 bytes, resulting in an application crash or local privilege escalation. This issue affects glibc 2.36 and newer. | ||||
| CVE-2023-4806 | 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat | 24 Fedora, Glibc, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 21 more | 2026-05-12 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw has been identified in glibc. In an extremely rare situation, the getaddrinfo function may access memory that has been freed, resulting in an application crash. This issue is only exploitable when a NSS module implements only the _nss_*_gethostbyname2_r and _nss_*_getcanonname_r hooks without implementing the _nss_*_gethostbyname3_r hook. The resolved name should return a large number of IPv6 and IPv4, and the call to the getaddrinfo function should have the AF_INET6 address family with AI_CANONNAME, AI_ALL and AI_V4MAPPED as flags. | ||||
| CVE-2023-4527 | 4 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Netapp and 1 more | 32 Fedora, Glibc, H300s and 29 more | 2026-05-12 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in glibc. When the getaddrinfo function is called with the AF_UNSPEC address family and the system is configured with no-aaaa mode via /etc/resolv.conf, a DNS response via TCP larger than 2048 bytes can potentially disclose stack contents through the function returned address data, and may cause a crash. | ||||
| CVE-2023-48795 | 42 9bis, Apache, Apple and 39 more | 77 Kitty, Sshd, Sshj and 74 more | 2026-05-12 | 5.9 Medium |
| The SSH transport protocol with certain OpenSSH extensions, found in OpenSSH before 9.6 and other products, allows remote attackers to bypass integrity checks such that some packets are omitted (from the extension negotiation message), and a client and server may consequently end up with a connection for which some security features have been downgraded or disabled, aka a Terrapin attack. This occurs because the SSH Binary Packet Protocol (BPP), implemented by these extensions, mishandles the handshake phase and mishandles use of sequence numbers. For example, there is an effective attack against SSH's use of ChaCha20-Poly1305 (and CBC with Encrypt-then-MAC). The bypass occurs in chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com and (if CBC is used) the -etm@openssh.com MAC algorithms. This also affects Maverick Synergy Java SSH API before 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT, Dropbear through 2022.83, Ssh before 5.1.1 in Erlang/OTP, PuTTY before 0.80, AsyncSSH before 2.14.2, golang.org/x/crypto before 0.17.0, libssh before 0.10.6, libssh2 through 1.11.0, Thorn Tech SFTP Gateway before 3.4.6, Tera Term before 5.1, Paramiko before 3.4.0, jsch before 0.2.15, SFTPGo before 2.5.6, Netgate pfSense Plus through 23.09.1, Netgate pfSense CE through 2.7.2, HPN-SSH through 18.2.0, ProFTPD before 1.3.8b (and before 1.3.9rc2), ORYX CycloneSSH before 2.3.4, NetSarang XShell 7 before Build 0144, CrushFTP before 10.6.0, ConnectBot SSH library before 2.2.22, Apache MINA sshd through 2.11.0, sshj through 0.37.0, TinySSH through 20230101, trilead-ssh2 6401, LANCOM LCOS and LANconfig, FileZilla before 3.66.4, Nova before 11.8, PKIX-SSH before 14.4, SecureCRT before 9.4.3, Transmit5 before 5.10.4, Win32-OpenSSH before 9.5.0.0p1-Beta, WinSCP before 6.2.2, Bitvise SSH Server before 9.32, Bitvise SSH Client before 9.33, KiTTY through 0.76.1.13, the net-ssh gem 7.2.0 for Ruby, the mscdex ssh2 module before 1.15.0 for Node.js, the thrussh library before 0.35.1 for Rust, and the Russh crate before 0.40.2 for Rust. | ||||
| CVE-2023-46219 | 3 Fedoraproject, Haxx, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Curl, Jboss Core Services | 2026-05-12 | 5.3 Medium |
| When saving HSTS data to an excessively long file name, curl could end up removing all contents, making subsequent requests using that file unaware of the HSTS status they should otherwise use. | ||||
| CVE-2023-46218 | 3 Fedoraproject, Haxx, Redhat | 7 Fedora, Curl, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-05-12 | 6.5 Medium |
| This flaw allows a malicious HTTP server to set "super cookies" in curl that are then passed back to more origins than what is otherwise allowed or possible. This allows a site to set cookies that then would get sent to different and unrelated sites and domains. It could do this by exploiting a mixed case flaw in curl's function that verifies a given cookie domain against the Public Suffix List (PSL). For example a cookie could be set with `domain=co.UK` when the URL used a lower case hostname `curl.co.uk`, even though `co.uk` is listed as a PSL domain. | ||||
| CVE-2023-38545 | 5 Fedoraproject, Haxx, Microsoft and 2 more | 19 Fedora, Libcurl, Windows 10 1809 and 16 more | 2026-05-12 | 8.8 High |
| This flaw makes curl overflow a heap based buffer in the SOCKS5 proxy handshake. When curl is asked to pass along the host name to the SOCKS5 proxy to allow that to resolve the address instead of it getting done by curl itself, the maximum length that host name can be is 255 bytes. If the host name is detected to be longer, curl switches to local name resolving and instead passes on the resolved address only. Due to this bug, the local variable that means "let the host resolve the name" could get the wrong value during a slow SOCKS5 handshake, and contrary to the intention, copy the too long host name to the target buffer instead of copying just the resolved address there. The target buffer being a heap based buffer, and the host name coming from the URL that curl has been told to operate with. | ||||
| CVE-2023-27043 | 4 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Python and 1 more | 7 Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager, Ontap Select Deploy Administration Utility and 4 more | 2026-05-12 | 5.3 Medium |
| The email module of Python through 3.11.3 incorrectly parses e-mail addresses that contain a special character. The wrong portion of an RFC2822 header is identified as the value of the addr-spec. In some applications, an attacker can bypass a protection mechanism in which application access is granted only after verifying receipt of e-mail to a specific domain (e.g., only @company.example.com addresses may be used for signup). This occurs in email/_parseaddr.py in recent versions of Python. | ||||
| CVE-2021-41617 | 6 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Openbsd and 3 more | 15 Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager, Aff 500f and 12 more | 2026-05-12 | 7.0 High |
| sshd in OpenSSH 6.2 through 8.x before 8.8, when certain non-default configurations are used, allows privilege escalation because supplemental groups are not initialized as expected. Helper programs for AuthorizedKeysCommand and AuthorizedPrincipalsCommand may run with privileges associated with group memberships of the sshd process, if the configuration specifies running the command as a different user. | ||||
| CVE-2008-2951 | 2 Edgewall, Fedoraproject | 2 Trac, Fedora | 2026-04-23 | 6.1 Medium |
| Open redirect vulnerability in the search script in Trac before 0.10.5 allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary web sites and conduct phishing attacks via a URL in the q parameter, possibly related to the quickjump function. | ||||
| CVE-2007-5594 | 2 Drupal, Fedoraproject | 2 Drupal, Fedora | 2026-04-23 | N/A |
| Drupal 5.x before 5.3 does not apply its Drupal Forms API protection against the user deletion form, which allows remote attackers to delete users via a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attack. | ||||
| CVE-2009-2816 | 4 Apple, Fedoraproject, Google and 1 more | 5 Iphone Os, Safari, Fedora and 2 more | 2026-04-23 | N/A |
| The implementation of Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) in WebKit, as used in Apple Safari before 4.0.4 and Google Chrome before 3.0.195.33, includes certain custom HTTP headers in the OPTIONS request during cross-origin operations with preflight, which makes it easier for remote attackers to conduct cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks via a crafted web page. | ||||
| CVE-2008-0063 | 8 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 5 more | 13 Mac Os X, Mac Os X Server, Ubuntu Linux and 10 more | 2026-04-23 | 7.5 High |
| The Kerberos 4 support in KDC in MIT Kerberos 5 (krb5kdc) does not properly clear the unused portion of a buffer when generating an error message, which might allow remote attackers to obtain sensitive information, aka "Uninitialized stack values." | ||||
| CVE-2007-1321 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Qemu and 2 more | 6 Debian Linux, Fedora, Fedora Core and 3 more | 2026-04-23 | N/A |
| Integer signedness error in the NE2000 emulator in QEMU 0.8.2, as used in Xen and possibly other products, allows local users to trigger a heap-based buffer overflow via certain register values that bypass sanity checks, aka QEMU NE2000 "receive" integer signedness error. NOTE: this identifier was inadvertently used by some sources to cover multiple issues that were labeled "NE2000 network driver and the socket code," but separate identifiers have been created for the individual vulnerabilities since there are sometimes different fixes; see CVE-2007-5729 and CVE-2007-5730. | ||||
| CVE-2008-3219 | 2 Drupal, Fedoraproject | 2 Drupal, Fedora | 2026-04-23 | N/A |
| The Drupal filter_xss_admin function in 5.x before 5.8 and 6.x before 6.3 does not "prevent use of the object HTML tag in administrator input," which has unknown impact and attack vectors, probably related to an insufficient cross-site scripting (XSS) protection mechanism. | ||||
| CVE-2008-3220 | 2 Drupal, Fedoraproject | 2 Drupal, Fedora | 2026-04-23 | N/A |
| Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Drupal 5.x before 5.8 and 6.x before 6.3 allows remote attackers to perform administrative actions via vectors involving deletion of "translated strings." | ||||
| CVE-2007-3847 | 4 Apache, Canonical, Fedoraproject and 1 more | 7 Http Server, Ubuntu Linux, Fedora and 4 more | 2026-04-23 | N/A |
| The date handling code in modules/proxy/proxy_util.c (mod_proxy) in Apache 2.3.0, when using a threaded MPM, allows remote origin servers to cause a denial of service (caching forward proxy process crash) via crafted date headers that trigger a buffer over-read. | ||||
| CVE-2008-2364 | 4 Apache, Canonical, Fedoraproject and 1 more | 9 Http Server, Ubuntu Linux, Fedora and 6 more | 2026-04-23 | N/A |
| The ap_proxy_http_process_response function in mod_proxy_http.c in the mod_proxy module in the Apache HTTP Server 2.0.63 and 2.2.8 does not limit the number of forwarded interim responses, which allows remote HTTP servers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via a large number of interim responses. | ||||
