Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform. Prior to 1.0.45 and 1.3.21, AuthenticationFilter in Kestra OSS uses request.getPath().endsWith("/configs") to whitelist the public configuration endpoint from Basic Auth. Because the check is a suffix match rather than an exact path match, any API path whose last segment is configs bypasses authentication entirely. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this to create and execute arbitrary workflows without credentials. Because Kestra ships with script execution plugins (plugin-script-shell, plugin-script-python, etc.) enabled by default, this directly results in unauthenticated Remote Code Execution as root inside the Kestra worker container. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.45 and 1.3.21.

In Eclipse Ditto versions 3.0.0 to 3.9.6, the Things service fetches WoT (Web of Things) ThingModels over HTTP from URLs supplied by API users in the definition field of a Thing or Feature, without validating the target host, and follows HTTP redirects without re-validating the redirect target and without a hop limit. An authenticated user who is permitted to create a Thing, or who holds WRITE permission on an existing Thing, can thereby cause the Things service to issue arbitrary HTTP GET requests from inside the deployment's network — including to cloud instance-metadata endpoints and other internal services — and can use the differing error responses returned to the caller to enumerate internal services. Versions 2.4.0 to 2.5.x contain the same code, but are only affected where the operator explicitly enabled the WoT integration feature toggle, which is disabled by default in those versions.

Attackers can pass arbitrary `tcp://` or `unix://` URIs to affected endpoints including /api/info, /api/speech-to-text, and /api/text-to-speech to override the server-configured backend and redirect connections to attacker-chosen hosts.

Smarty is a template engine for PHP, facilitating the separation of presentation (HTML/CSS) from application logic. Prior to 4.5.7 and 5.8.2, depending on the release line, Smarty's {fetch} handling in libs/plugins/function.fetch.php and src/FunctionHandler/Fetch.php used Security::isTrustedUri() to validate only the initial remote URL against trusted_uri when a security policy was active. For resources handled by file_get_contents(), including HTTPS URLs, PHP followed HTTP redirects by default. An attacker who could supply or influence a fetch target and had an open redirect on a trusted host could redirect the request to an attacker-chosen internal endpoint, bypass the trusted_uri allowlist, and perform server-side request forgery. This issue is fixed in versions 4.5.7 and 5.8.2.

fast-uri is a URI parser for Node.js. Its custom parser for bracketed IPv6 literals does not validate the complete IPv6 grammar, so invalid trailing text in an authority can be silently discarded and a malformed attacker-controlled host is turned into a different valid IPv6 destination. For example, a bracketed literal with invalid trailing characters is normalized to the unspecified address, which a Node HTTP client then connects to a local service over loopback, and other malformed literals collapse to private-range addresses. No error is set on the parsed result, so an application checking the error field cannot detect the rewrite. An application that normalizes untrusted URLs before outbound requests, redirects, proxy routing, or address-policy enforcement can be redirected to a local or private IPv6 target, giving a server-side request forgery and address-policy bypass primitive. The affected versions are 2.3.1 up to but not including 2.4.5, 3.0.0 up to but not including 3.1.6, and 4.0.0 up to but not including 4.1.3. The issue is fixed in 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, which validate bracketed IP literals against the full grammar and mark malformed literals as authority errors. Users should upgrade to a patched version.

fast-uri is a URI parser for Node.js. It decodes percent escapes in a hostname during parsing and then decodes the parsed hostname a second time during authority recomposition, so a single call to normalize or resolve can turn nested percent-encoded input into a different network destination such as a loopback hostname or address. For example, a doubly encoded host that spells out a loopback name decodes to that live host in one operation, which contradicts RFC 3986 section 2.4 that an implementation must not decode the same string more than once. An application that normalizes or resolves an untrusted HTTP-family URI before outbound routing, redirect validation, or a host-policy check can receive a destination different from the one the original encoded host represented, giving a server-side request forgery and host-policy bypass primitive. This is an incomplete-fix variant of CVE-2026-6322. The affected versions are 2.4.1 up to but not including 2.4.5, 3.1.2 up to but not including 3.1.6, and 4.0.0 up to but not including 4.1.3. The issue is fixed in 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, which normalize percent escapes once and preserve encoded percent signs. Users should upgrade to a patched version.

n8n before 1.123.69, 2.33.4, and 2.34.1 contains an SSRF protection bypass in the OAuth2 credential authorization-code-to-access-token exchange. While OAuth2 discovery and dynamic-client-registration requests use n8n's SSRF-protected HTTP client, the token exchange uses a separate client with no SSRF guard. A user with credential-creation permissions can set the access-token URL to an internal address and complete the OAuth2 flow, causing n8n to send a fixed-shape token-exchange POST to that target and reflect its response body back to the attacker (limited to what the target returns to this specific request).

n8n before 2.34.1 and 2.33.x before 2.33.4 contains an SSRF protection bypass in the SearXNG Agent tool. The tool sent requests to the user-supplied API URL using a raw HTTP client that did not route through n8n's centralized SSRF protection. On instances with N8N_SSRF_PROTECTION_ENABLED=true, an authenticated user with permission to create SearXNG credentials and configure a personal agent could set the API URL to an internal host, causing the n8n server to connect to that host and return the response content through the Agent chat output.

This vulnerability affects Apache Shiro versions 2.x through 3.0.0 only in deployments that use the Jakarta EE integration module. Mitigation: Upgrade to version 3.0.1 or later, which fixes the issue. + Alternatively, you can set the `org.apache.shiro.form-resubmit-host` (String) and `org.apache.shiro.form-resubmit-port` (Integer) system properties to restrict the host and port that Shiro will connect to when resubmitting a form.

Fetcher.build_request() in libs/fetcher.py constructs an httpclient.HTTPRequest from user-supplied JSON without validating URL scheme, host, or IP range. The /har/test handler does not require authentication, enabling unauthenticated remote attackers to force the QD server to send arbitrary HTTP requests to internal network resources and cloud metadata endpoints. validate_cert is set to False, disabling TLS verification.

Kyverno before 1.16.2 contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the APICall feature. The URL field in a Policy's ServiceCall configuration is not validated, so a user with namespace-level Policy creation permissions can direct Kyverno to make HTTP requests to arbitrary internal resources (e.g., cloud metadata endpoints such as 169.254.169.254 or other tenants' resources). Because Kyverno executes these requests using its cluster-wide high-privilege ServiceAccount (a Confused Deputy problem), the responses—potentially including other tenants' secrets and cloud IAM credentials—are returned in the PolicyReport and can be read by the attacker, breaking multi-tenant isolation.
